Stormwater Master Plan

City of Live Oak, Florida

Developed a City-Wide Stormwater Master Plan in the aftermath of excessive flooding from Tropical Storm Debby in 2012. The study identified and quantified flooding problems, identified potential alternatives and costs, developed recommended projects, and prioritized the City's stormwater infrastructure needs.

Completed 2013.

Greenwood Regional Stormwater Facility

City of Tallahassee, Florida

Design, permitting, and preparation of construction documents for a regional stormwater management facility for the City of Tallahassee's Stormwater Division. The facility will provide additional flood storage volume and increased water quality treatment within the watershed.

Country Club Creek Drainage Improvements

City of Tallahassee, Florida

The project included the replacement of a severely eroded channel and deteriorated 72" cuvlert under Putnam Drive with a 6'x10' concrete box culvert.  The project improved water quality, reduced erosion, and eliminated safety concerns of the existing channel.  Completed 2020.

Tory Sound Lane

Drainage Improvements

City of Tallahassee, Florida


The project included the replacement of undersized roadway culverts that were causing upstream flooding with a double 3'x6' concrete box culvert in the Killearn Estates area of the City.  Completed in 2019.

Glendale Neighborhood Drainage Improvements

City of Tallahassee, Florida

The project included retrofitting the drainage infrastructure within the Glendale Neighborhood that was originally constructed in the 1950s.  The project included a combination of open drainage improvements, closed drainage systems, and roadway reconstruction to minimize stormwater runoff problems within the neighborhood.  Completed 2019.



Brecken​ridge on Park

Drainage Improvements

City of Tallahassee, Florida

The project included retrofitting the drainage infrastructure within the Breckinridge on Park Neighborhood.  The existing system was undersized and had limited capture capability for the extensive sheet flow traversing the neighborhood.  The project increased capture capacity and efficiency and replaced the undersized drainage conveyance systems. Completed 2020.
